I grew up in the small town of Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Located forty-five minutes outside of Philadelphia. As a young child I began my photography career with disposable cameras. The interactions between my family at holidays always was my favorite to capture. I often times would sit and observe those around me and how they reacted to situations and try to mimic these expressions in my photos. When I reached high school I enrolled in my first official photography class using 35mm film. I immediately fell in love with incorporating the urban style I had seen in the city into my photography, and was a great way to escape from the farm fields, and country living I had always been surrounded by. I spent all of my weekends finding locations to shoot, and dragging my friends all around town trying to take photos like the ones I always admired from magazines. After my class ended I began taking photography classes at local art centers, began an independent study, took summer photography classes at the Corcoran (Washington, D.C.), and continued shooting any time I could. As I waited to start college I started my own photography business and began shooting senior portraits, and car photos for local people in my area. I also began a photography club for students who had taken the photography class at my school and wanted to expand on what they had already learned. The summer before my senior year I was accepted to both Art Center College of Art and Design (Pasadena, California), and Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, New York) for advertising photography. As a young adult still, I made the jump and went out to California to attend Art Center.  I spent my first semester out in California in an incoming freshman class no more than 30 students. While Art Center offered such an incredible program, and I loved it, I felt that I was more suited at Rochester Institute of Technology. Moving to RIT I was able to branch out and work in event photography as a side job on top of being a student. I was also able to branch my photography company into incorporating more aspects of graphic design. I was also able to minor in New Media Technology, which is a great blend of learning new technology uses for advertising, the study of trends of the advertising industry, and graphic design. I was also able to minor in Advertising and Public Relations.  I still currently reside in Rochester, attending classes, and still incorporating the style I was influenced by out while I was in California. I still continue to be influenced by urban styles, and styles from the past. I enjoy photos that are edgy, fun, colorful, and embody youthfulness. This is currently the direction my work has been heading in.
